Chalk Sound National Park – A TOURIST IN THE CARIBBEAN

Chalk Sound National Park

Chalk Sound is a scenic natural lagoon on the southwest of Providenciales. The national park features shallow, clean, turquoise waters with hundreds of small rocky islands. You could spot the Iguanas, Bonefish, Barracuda, Stingray and Small lemon sharks. Chalk sound features an inshore coast (weathered and intricate marine limestone). There are no provisions for scenic overlooks, public parking or launching areas for kayaks. The twin-engine airplane wreck is a must-do if you are kayaking.
