Fort Zoutman Historical Museum

The Fort Museum is a military fortification and is the oldest existing structure on the island located in the downtown waterfront area near the Renaissance Mall.  The Fort was built by the Dutch in 1798 to protect the island against enemies and pirates. The museum which holds a Bon Bini Festival every Tuesday evening showcases the island History through Music and Art where you can enjoy an evening of costumed performers and a delight in delicious Aruban cuisine.
