St. Vincent & The Grenadines

St Vincent and the Grenadines is a southern Caribbean nation comprising of one main island, St Vincent and a chain of smaller islands called the Grenadines, which are easily accessible by ferries.  The island of St Vincent is the largest of all the islands and is known as a volcanic island in the Caribbean.


There are few countries that can be as radiant as St Vincent and the Grenadines. From its beautiful black sand beaches to colorful reefs, gorgeous flora, and fauna to elegant tropical birds this archipelago of 32 islands is about the most intriguing of all the islands.

With its volcanic soil and its gold, black and white sand beaches the island is home to some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. With yacht-filled harbors, volcanic landscapes, black sand beaches, the island is known as a popular sailing destination.

The island is a very popular destination for worldwide leisure sailors who flock to the major anchorages and charming ports of call. The Grenadines are known for their yacht-filled harbors and sailing spots.  Snorkelers and divers are also drawn by the country’s many underwater attractions including Bequia’s rich marine flora and fauna.

La Soufriere

The island’s economy is heavily dependent on agriculture, construction, tourism, and the offshore banking sector. Much of the workforce is employed in the Banana production and Tourism, and the island is the world’s leading producer of arrowroot. 

The much anticipated international airport opened in early 2017 with hopes of increasing the island’s tourism activity. St Vincent and the Grenadines flaunt some of the most gorgeous scenery in the Caribbean and are home to La Soufriere an active volcano that last erupted in 1979.

The islands are truly a haven for boat lovers and nature seekers. In addition to their natural beauty and delightful climate, the islands diving and snorkeling activities are superb and there are plenty of other water activities on the islands. While many visitors sail between the islands others chose to visit the island for its greenery, landmarks, waterfalls, and the natural wonders of St Vincent and the Grenadines.
